  • Yoga for Everybody and Chair Yoga - A gentle practice that incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Chair Yoga completes similar sequence flows but is modified using a chair to allow for less stress on the joints, but chairs can also be used in any yoga class for those uncomfortable going to the ground.
  • Flex and Stretch - For those looking for a little boost in heart rate, this class will provide a balanced mixture of cardio to get the blood pumping, strength to help the body, and stretching to help cool down and relax. All class activities can be done with a chair as well.
  • Tai Chi - Tai Chi is a low-impact physical and mental practice that consists of slow, circular movements. Meant to be practiced regularly to receive its full benefits, Tai Chi can be easily adapted to meet your unique mobility and fitness needs.
