Surplus

From time to time, the City of Orange Beach will auction used items and equipment that are no longer needed and declared surplus by City Council through GovDeals.com.

All items are sold "As Is-No Warranty" and must be paid and picked up within ten (10) business days of auction end. The City of Orange Beach is not responsible for shipping, loading, or transporting any items. Successful bidders must come prepared to jump start vehicle or equipment, change batteries, repair flat tires, and load or tow all vehicles and equipment.  All items sold in lots must be removed. Payments must be made through GovDeals.

You do not have to register to view items that the City has at auction, however, you must register before you can place a bid. Please note that the City does not always have something on GovDeals.
