  • Participants & Vendors: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Open to the Public: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 21st:

  • Participants & Vendors: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Open to the Public: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The event is free to the public.
