1. How do I place a hold on an item?

You can call the library and we'll place the item on hold for you or within our catalog:

1. Click on the item desired
2. Place Hold
3. Type in your Library Card number and PIN
4. Submit Hold

2. Can I renew materials?

Yes, as long as there are no patrons waiting on the item you can renew up to four items. Staff will also auto-renew materials as long as there is no one else waiting for the item.

3. Do you have WiFi?

Yes, we have 24/7 open access Wi-Fi throughout the building. Wi-Fi is also available from the first few rows of parking, the front porch, and the rear patio

4. Do you have a business center (printing, copies, faxing, scanning)?

Yes, we have a full-service business center available. Black and white prints and copies are $0.15, Color prints and copies are $0.50, Faxing is $2.00 on the first page, $1.00 per page for each subsequent page, and $1.00 per page to receive, Scanning is $1.00 for up to 6 items scanned.

5. What's my PIN number?

Your PIN Number is the last four digits of your library card.

6. I'm from out of town...can I get a library card? Does it cost anything?

Visitors are welcome! Anyone can get a library card! You'll just need a valid form of picture ID. (Patrons under 13 must have a parent/guardian sign the application).

7. Do you have computers for public use?

Yes, we have 15 computer terminals with free internet access and a variety of software available. There is no fee to use the computers, however, we ask that you limit use to 30 minutes when others are waiting for computer access.

8. How do I sign into my account?

1. Visit the Baldwin County Library Cooperative website
2. Access the 'My Account' link in the side navigation (located on the left side of the page)
3. Log in
4. Type in your Library Card number and PIN

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
9 am to 6 om

10. Do you take donations?

The library will gladly accept donations in good condition. We do not accept encyclopedias, VHS, cassettes, damaged materials, or extremely dated materials.
