Complete the Address Request/Verification Application.
- Be prepared to enter the Parcel # and PIN #. This information can be found using Orange Beach Map Viewer, Baldwin County Map Viewer, or Baldwin County Property Search.
- Be prepared to describe where the driveway is or will be located. There is an option to upload a map showing the structure and driveway locations on the property.
- Processing time can take up to five business days.
