Community Development summer youth program teens

Since early June, nearly two dozen teens have been working and learning life skills as part of the City of Orange Beach’s first-ever summer work program.

Open to teens ages 14 and 15, the program has 21 teens - most from Orange Beach - helping seven departments in the City.

Tacos with the Five-O

The community is invited to join Chief Joe Fierro and the Orange Beach Police Department for Tacos with the Five-O on Tuesday, July 24th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill (North).

Independence Day 2018 closing Orange Beach

In observance of Independence Day, non-essential city offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th.

Trash and recycling will not be affected. All routes will run as normal.

Offices will open, with normal hours, on Thursday, July 5th.

Do No discard fish carcasses flyer

We all love Red Snapper Season but please do not discard fish carcasses in our local waterways. It is illegal and a growing problem.

For all boaters, please dispose of unwanted bait and eviscerated (gutted) fish well offshore, not at a marina or in inland waterway. If fish are gutted on land, double bag the fish waste and properly dispose the bag in a covered trash can. Another...
