The SEC Women’s Soccer Championship continues Thursday, Nov. 2 in Orange Beach after a huge underdog win on Tuesday.
The quarterfinal round saw the biggest upset of the tournament with No. 8-seeded Arkansas knocking off No. 1-seeded South Carolina, 1-0. The Razorbacks now face No. 4-seeded Vanderbilt after its defeat of Tennessee, 1-0.
No. 2-seeded Texas A&M advanced to the semifinals with an impressive 7-1 win over No. 10-seeded Missouri. The Aggies now face Florida, the No. 3 seed, which outlasted No. 6 Auburn, 1-0. See SEC highlights of the Florida-Auburn game at http://www.secsports.com/video/21241457.
Semifinals schedule on Thursday, Nov. 2:
3:30 p.m. - Arkansas vs. Vanderbilt.
6 p.m. - Texas A&M vs. Florida.
The championship final is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5.

The Orange Beach Sportsplex is at 4389 William Silvers Parkway, just off Highway 180 (Canal Road) in Orange Beach, about 1 mile from the Foley Beach Express exit on Canal Road. Tickets to watch the games will be available at the gate. Adult tickets are $5 and children (K-12) are $2 per day. Kids are free if they wear their youth soccer jersey.
