Adult/Senior Activity Center July 2019 calendar of Excursions and Events

The Orange Beach Adult/Senior Activity Center has announced its July 2019 Excursions and Events.

In observance of Independence Day, non-essential city offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4th. 

Trash and recycling will not be affected. All routes will run as normal. 

Offices will open for normal hours on Friday, July 5th.

Following the retirement of Chief Justin Pearce this month, Deputy Chief Mike Kimmerling has been assigned by Mayor Tony Kennon to serve as Interim Fire Chief.

An injured juvenile Kemp's ridley, now named Nagini, was rescued on June 4, 2019 by Mike Reynolds and John Butterick of Share the Beach, and released on June 20 around an excited crowd at Shell Beach near Perdido Pass in Orange Beach.
