Road Work ahead sign

Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) will begin resurfacing Highway 161 (Orange Beach Boulevard), between Canal Road and Perdido Beach Boulevard, on Monday, Dec. 4.  

Work will begin with the installation of erosion control devices. There will be intermittent lane closures beginning on Tuesday, Dec. 5.  The project is expected to be complete in three weeks.
