The Sanskrit word "yoga" means "union" or "Yoking" and has been defined as the union of mind, body, heart and actions. This class focuses on a series of physical postures or "assanas" that strengthen and make the body more flexible while maintaining proper breathing, alignment and focus. A 15min total relaxation at the end of class will relax, rejuvenate and reduce fatigue while calming and centering the mind.
