Strength & Cardio H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) is held from 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays at the Orange Beach Fitness Center.
The instructor is Lisa Nix.
The H.I.I.T. training is a full-body workout that allows you to start at your own intensity level. Work through stations, completing intervals of cardio and strength with short recovery periods, and complete the class with a short but intense core workout.
- All classes are $5 for members or non-members.
- 15-class punch card available for $50.
- Unlimited annual class pass for members only - $150.
