Culinary Camp 2023
The City of Orange Beach 2023 Culinary Camp will be held July 17-20 with the theme "Local Legends: A Tribute to Chefs, Restaurateurs and Culinary Educators who have shaped the Gulf Coast."
The 9th Annual Culinary Camp will feature local chefs, culinary entrepreneurs and educators who have made their mark on lower Alabama with their dishes, business skills, creativity and enthusiasm. The camp is an exciting opportunity to pay homage to the local talent who make Orange Beach a sweet, and savory, place to live.
Join the camp as it celebrates our coast's food-forward friends, Jeremy Alston (Moe's Original BBQ), Kimberly Asbury (BuzzCatz Coffee & Sweets), David Buster and Jerr McCutchen (Fresh Off the Boat), Jonathan Kastner (Southern Chili Lab, Expect Excellence Culinary Arts Program), Alex Warner (Bagel Boy) and Krista Williams (Expect Excellence Culinary Arts Program). They will share their skills in barbequing and smoked meats, delicious desserts, Gulf seafood, spicy fermentation and local flavors, bagel dough transformed to sandwich creations and amazing sweet treats.
