- How can I pay for my ambulance bill?

For patients transported after September 1, 2020, you may pay your ambulance bill online on the AccuMed Group website. You may also mail a check to the address provided on your bill or bring your payment to the Fire Administration building located at 25855 John M Snook Drive in Orange Beach.
- How can I obtain a copy of medical records?

Medical records for EMS transport fall under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 2015 (HIPAA). In order to receive a copy of your own personal medical records, you must submit a Public Records Request form (included below). Please make sure to include the patient's full name, date of transport, and a description of the records you are requesting.
Please note: For attorneys or other representatives requesting medical records for a client, you must include an authorization signed by the patient with your request.

Fire hydrants within the City of Orange Beach are maintained by the Orange Beach Water Authority. For any problem relating to a fire hydrant, please give them a call at 251-981-4233.
- Do you sell t-shirts?
-
T-shirts are $20 a shirt and are available in sizes Small to 2XL in both grey and pink (for breast cancer awareness). We are unable to ship t-shirts, but you are welcome to pick one up at our office located at 25855 John Snook Drive in Orange Beach between 8 am and 5 pm (Monday through Friday). Acceptable forms of payment include cash or check only (no card payments). Please make checks payable to the City of Orange Beach.
- Do you participate in patch trading?

- What are the current beach conditions?

The Daily Beach Report is updated each day, three times daily. Please call 251-981-SURF (7873) to hear the most up-to-date beach conditions.
- My items I left on the beach are missing. Can I get them back?

Under the Leave Only Footprints campaign, items left on the beach overnight will be disposed of by Orange Beach Coastal Resources. This includes tents, canopies, beach chairs, toys, etc. Please visit the Leave Only Footprints Campaign page to learn more.
- Can I Have A Fire Pit On The Beach?

Any open fires or use of flammable items, including but not limited to charcoal or gas grills, torches, (e.g., Tiki torches, etc.), and/or fireworks are considered inappropriate and unlawful per Ordinance 2005-946.
- How Do I Become A Part of the Orange Beach Fire Department Or Surf Rescue?

- Can I Cook With A Grill On My Balcony?

No. Gas-fired grills shall not be used on any balcony or under any overhanging portion or within 10 feet of any structure.
- Can I Burn Debris On My Property?

There is no open burning inside the city limits (for example - trash, grass, brush).
